Deleted Listings/Old SKUs and Now I Can't Find Them in the Amazon Catalog
HI!
We have sold on Amazon in the past, probably 10+ years ago and all our product listings had outdated information, like old SKUs and every listing was inactive and/or suppressed by Amazon because the info hadn't been updated in years! We do not use FBA, just fulfilled by Merchant, for now.
I'm trying to update all the old listings so that we can start selling again. There was so much old info and errors that I ended up deleting all the listings so that I could add them back in with updated info.
I just printed all the listings with their ASINs and UPCs and info (because I couldn't figure out how to export or download a report for it) before I deleted. I waited 24 hours before adding back in our products.
I've only been able to find a handful in Amazon catalog, by searching the UPC or ASIN - and in these cases I've been able to add them to my inventory list to sell again.
However, there are still several of these products that I had deleted that I can no longer find in the catalog! It was my understanding that once a product has been listed on Amazon, and is assigned an ASIN, that it can't be deleted (except by AMAZON itself).
Any ideas why these products aren't showing up when I search the UPC or ASIN?
I thought maybe somehow they did get deleted so I tried to Add them again as new products, but then Amazon gives me an error 8541 saying details conflict with another ASIN, but like I said, when I search for that ASIN in the catalog, it returns zero results.
Here are some examples:
ASIN B00KSDKQE4
ASIN BOBSSBWR6K
ASIN B07ZQLD3PR
Like I said, I printed the listings before I deleted them and these are the ASINs for these products but I can't find them to add them back! Any suggestions or tips would be helpful! Thanks!

Try adding them back using the listing loader template

Hello @Seller_c9wrr1BWZMQZX- and welcome back to selling on Amazon! I would echo the advice from @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD that you may have success re-listing the items via the listing loader upload process, which you can read more about here. If that fails to resolve the issue, and you still cannot add them as new products, it may become necessary to connect with our support team for more technical assistance.
Also, if the comment from the other seller did help you resolve this, consider marking their reply as 'most helpful' so other sellers viewing this thread understand how to approach similar situations!
Thanks much,
Danny
