YYZ4 Issues with Inventory Not Being Counted - Urgent Assistance Needed
We shipped inventory worth over $16,485 on December 13, 2024 through 3 shipments, via UPS, and the tracking shows it was delivered. However, as of January 19, the inventory has still not been counted. I understand that Q4 caused strain on Amazon's fulfillment centers, but this particular warehouse has consistently had issues, even during slower periods. In the past, it has taken over two months to count inventory, which is highly problematic for our seasonal business. We urgently need assistance, as this delay is impacting our operations.
