What is up with the listings in the books section? It now prompts you to see all formats but doesn't show all the listings. Only the Amazon preferred choice. How am I supposed to sell anything if my listing isn't shown? Or anybody for that matter.

When you click on see all formats it is just showing you all the possible detail pages for that title.
(edited to add: not really all the possible detail pages, just those semi-connected by bot to that page)
To look at the offerings you have to click on that blue link for "Other Used, New, Collectible from $x"
The link doesn't always say exactly that, and when you click on the drop down you (and everyone else) will probably be confused about where to go from there.
I suppose they can come up with a worse design, and likely will.

There is a link under the format boxes that reads "Other Used, New, Collectible from..." If you click on it, the different formats are listed in a pop-up with prices. At least that's the way it looks in Firefox on a laptop. On the Amazon app on an iphone, there is a section on the book page called "Other sellers on Amazon" and right below that "Compare all x options." Amazon rearranged the product pages for the worse, but other offers are still visible.

Amazon is making every possible effort to destroy book sellers on their site, is the only explanation I can come up with. Their a-z policy steals from us on a regular basis, their return policy is straight out theft. And now they've ruined their book listings. They are really wanting us all to quit and move over to some other site that is not so punitive to vendors, but so far I'm too dumb to take the hint.

It's a mess. Before they decided to "improve" things you used to have one simple link to click that said something like "24 collectible, used, and new copies" so you could see at a glance what was on offer, how many copies, and the whole list came up on a main page. Now if you click "Other used and new" you often get several hardcover links (one or more of which usually don't match the main listing) and one or more paperback links which might be any edition at all. The filter feature is useful, but that is a small nugget of silver in a heap of coal. Blecch!

Update...After several days(week), Amz has corrected their "improvement" and all listings are showing again when viewing from an android phone.
