2 brand listings in 1 seller account ?

I am new to Amazon selling. I have one account attached to my LLC..

I want to have two brands listed on my seller portal. Each brand is of different product categories.

Example : BRAND A selling pet products. BRAND B selling home and kitchen products. Can I create two different band listing ?

Note: my brand names are registered as DBA under my LLC, but are not trademarked. I am not looking to get a brand registry at this moment because its a lengthy process and an expensive process.

Question 1) so is it possible to open two different brand listings inside a seller central account without a brand registry ?

Question 2) if the answer to question one is yes how do I do it?

Question 3) when the customers go and find my product of brand A will they also be able to find my product of brand B?

Question 4) Can I have 2 different brand stores?

Yes, you can have separate accounts for these but they may NEVER sell the same product type and NEVER interact in any way with each other, or each other's competitors.

The second account will need a different e-mail address, bank account and possibly phone number

Hello there, my name is CR. Welcome to the forum as I see these are you first threads created here.

I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread here regarding the same topic.

As a pro tip for the future, please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff and other helpful community members providing their guidance. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.

I will be closing out this thread in order to avoid duplicative work. Any additional updates will be provided on the original post here.

CR here again. I also wanted to link this page for the Amazon Selling policies and seller code of conduct which highlights the below:

Multiple selling accounts on Amazon

You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.

Examples of a legitimate business justification include:

  • You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
  • You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
  • You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
