HI. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOMETHING?
ONE OF MY LISTINGS HAS CURRENTLY BEEN DEACTIVATED DUE TO MISSING LABEL PHOTOS. I HAVE ALREADY COMPLIED MULTIPLE TIMES AS I DID WHAT THEY ASKED ME TO DO BUT MY APPEAL TO GET MY LISTING REINSTATED HAS BEEN GETTING REJECTED AND I KEEP GETTING THE SAME COPY AND PASTE RESPONSE. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP??? AND THE "DEDICATED AMAZON ACCOUNT SPECIALIST" IS NOT HELPING EITHER. SHE TOLD ME TO CONTACT HER IF I EVER NEED ANY ISSUES ESCALATED. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING HER ASKING FOR HELP FOR THE PAST WEEK BUT NO REPLY! THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AS THE PRODUCT HAS BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH BILINGUAL LABELS ON IT SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE LISTING HAS NOT BEEN REINSTATED. PLEASE HELP! I HAVE THE CASE NUMBER AND ASIN READY.
