Ungating as non US resident - Bill to Address in invoice = to Legal address or Official Registered Address
Hello,
I am a non resident with a US LLC, and as such my Legal address is my personal address outside the US and but my Official Registered Address is the address of my US LLC.
I am trying to ungate a brand and one of Amazon employees told me over the phone that my the invoice has to have as the bill to address my Legal address.
This is almost imposible as no brand will sell any product and provide an invoice to someone outside the US.
Is there a way to solve this? Like having a note on my account that they should use my Official Registered Address?

Ask the guru who told you to create a US LLC, what you have to do now.
It is absolutely no problem to sell on Amazon USA from almost every country in this world. Absolutely NO NEED to create a US LLC.

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for the post. For certain products, brands, categories, and sub-categories, we require sellers to obtain approval before listing products. The approval process may include document requests, performance checks, and other qualifications.
For certain restrictions, Amazon requires sellers to submit an application through Seller Central for review. If your request is approved, you will be able to list the product. However, we may not accept applications for every product we place selling restrictions on.
Please reference the guidance provided in case 14515515641. Documents must Include your name and address, matching the information in your selling account. Applications will be rejected if this requirement is not met.
Please review this resource for more information on products that require approval. There are some helpful videos on this process in that resources as well. Ultimately, the decision is made by the review team when you submit an application.
