PLEASE HELP! ASIN blocked from all product search. Amazon said they will remove the restriction but its been 6 days

My ASIN B0D1NG38DD has been blocked for all product search. I received the message from Amazon support below and waited 72 hours and nothing happended. I re-opened the case and submitted another request and received the same exact reply. I waited another 72 hours and still nothing has happened. Please help! I'm losing sales every day.
"We received your request and after careful review we have determined that your ASINs are already correctly classified as non-adult products. The ASINs has block from all product search which is causing the search restriction. I've submitted a request to remove the restrictions. Please allow up to 72 hours for changes to take place."

I just wanted to follow up with you regarding your concern around the searchability of your product. I did see the product show up in search when I pasted the name into the search bar and clicked enter. (it was the 2nd ASIN to appear).
