Insufferable efficiency in FBA warehouse In Ontraio - YXU1
I want to share my experience with the ON warehouse YXU1. To be frank, it has been the worst FBA warehouse I have ever dealt with. Over the past four months, every shipment I've sent to this warehouse has encountered issues. Even though a shipment arrived on Feb 29, it has not been checked yet, even after waiting for 25 days. When I contacted Seller Support, they informed me to wait until March 30 for an update.
While YOW3, YHM1, and YYZ4 already received 12 shipments in the past 6 months, all without any problem and received with accurate qty, the YXU1 has a discrepancy with every shipment every single shipment, either incredibly over scanned about 50%, and others less scanned 10%, and we had to submit to Seller Support to with proof.
Our inventory system is almost flawless, and our staff works tirelessly to ensure that our listings never run out of stock. However, Thanks to the warehouse YXU1, five of our most popular listings have been out of stock for two weeks now. This has resulted in a loss of $2,500 to $3,000 in sales per day.

I have read your post and I understand how important is this for your business. In order to address this and escalate the situation accordingly, by any chance, can you share the list of Shipment IDs you had issues with? It will allow me to present the escalation to the FBA team to understand what is happening and what we can do to get it resolved.
