How does a buyer remove negative feedback?
I have a buyer who left negative feedback which turned out not to be true once they spoke to me and they want to remove it. They couldn't figure out how so they called Amazon and explained the situation and told them they want to remove it.
Amazon, the liars that they are, told the buyer ok, we've removed it. They also told the buyer that no need to worry the buyer's seller account won't be affected in any way by this feedback, even though we all know it's severely affected. I've already had a 80% drop in sales and lost most of my buy boxes. Why do they lie to them? SO the buyer sent me a screen shot of their account showing it has no feedback left for a seller.
However amazon has not removed it. Amazon has sent me a message saying it was not removed. I KNOW the buyer called to ask them to remove it I was texgtin with them while they were on the other line with Amazon and I trust her.
So now amazon has sent me instructions for the buyer to remove the feedback which make no sense. It tells you to go here and go there but those places and links do not exist. I even tried doing it on my own personal buyer account.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REMOVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK LEFT FOR A SELLER so I can give this poor buyer who is stil kind enough to try and help me the directions? This is so much to make a buyer go through. Ebay lets a buyer and seller work together and remove feedback easily if they both agree.

Do you a favour and don't dig any further. It is FORBIDDEN to contact a buyer regarding a review! And that is what you did. Amazon can suspend your account for this.

It sounds like you are talking about seller feedback (as opposed to product review).
If that is the case, contacting buyer is allowed (within guidelines).
There is no easy way to direct buyers to remove feedback. To find a link they can use, and assuming you buy stuff on Amazon yourself, just go to your orders and find one not sold by Amazon and go into order details. Find the link to leave feedback for seller.
This takes you to a page that will have a tab for completed feedback.

For future reference: Amazon will never remove the feedback based on a buyer calling them.
