New appeal/dispute submission for merchant [ARBJSZ5RGDD6] in marketplace [ATVPDKIKX0DER]

Hi,

Please help me!

I've submitted all the documents, but still, my brand registry got rejected twice. It says they could not verify the registered business name and business identifier. I'm not sure what I am missing here because I provided both the EIN number and the entity ID number.

I'm the owner of a company and trademark.

I also sent them (Business registration, CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION, Employer Identification Number) documents.

I sincerely appreciate your help in advance.

Case ID # 15736823051

Thanks!

Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'.

Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?

When Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!

That means Street is not ST.

Jim is not James.

ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps

They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.

What you submit for documents must match the details on your seller account EXACTLY.

Hello @Seller_Jpv63dq1FrXR6

My name is Sandy from the Amazon Community Manager team.

Typically these cases happen when the Brand team finds discrepancies between the trademark vs the information given in the appeal.

Please review all trademark information to ensure all details are up-to-date and aligned with the information listed for your application and/or appeals.

I also noticed in your application that you attached a sample ASIN that is not your brand but listed generic. Please see section 3.3 of the Brand Registry Application Guide.

This is an optional field. If you already sell products under your brand name, you can add the ASINs here. If you already have ASINs under a different brand, do not add them here otherwise the application will be denied.

Even if you pass the business verification stage, the sample ASIN may be an issue in getting your brand approved. Would you like me to try and contact the brand team to see if we can manually decline your application so you are able to restart? Please note that the team may not manually decline already submitted applications. However, I could try. Please let me know.
