Can we start a vote, for amazon to ban customers

What would it take for amazon sellers to put pressure on Amazon Canada, which will give us power to restrict sales to customers who abuse system, leave negative feedback because they don't want to pay for shipping, negative feedback for incorrect listing, for, my product didn't arrive, file A-Z Claim, because they didn't check their community mailbox. Wont allow enough time to investigate with shipping carrier for lost parcels.

or am i dreaming, that amazon will help out 3rd party resellers, and have support that actually understands Canadian Marketplace, Canadian Shipping Carrier, Rural Areas, PO Boxes, Canada Post community Mailboxes.

I'm spending more and more time educating buyers, about how amazon works.

When a seller reports fraud on Amazon, the company fails to take action. As a result, reporting a customer won't change the outcome, and Amazon never removes wrongful negative feedback or changes A-Z outcomes.

Too funny. Reporting a buyer to Amazon is as helpful as going to the beach and writing their name in the sand.

The mention of a tool that is made to report buyers (but never works anyways) does not address EVERY SINGLE seller's wish to be able to block bad customers as it eBay allows, for example.

Anything that requires interacting with 'seller support' is useless, almost as useless as the official mods who reply on here.
