New Authorize Return Interface Glitch - Unable to select alternative return-to address
Seems Amazon updated the Return Interface a few days ago. It's a cleaner look and makes it easier to manage and authorize return requests.
However, the ability to change the return address is no longer there. There is a section called 'Confirm your return address' but there is no option to select any other address. The only option is to change the default return address which is a multi-screen process and that changes the address for every other order at the same time.
Prior to this interface change, Amazon showed other return addresses saved in the account and it was simple matter to select or edit a different address. This seems to be a glitch as the interface looks as if you should be presented with other addresses - but it only shows the default address.
