Discrepancies on my inbound shipment / Amazon missing items
My shipment was found to have an incorrect quantity of 2 product. The deviation is 36 units for each product. This item was shipped in a separate box (single SKU) and received on Jan 23, 2024 by fulfillment center YYZ4. According to the Inventory Ledger Report February 1, 2024 this items was received by fulfillment center YYZ4 in the amount of 36 units for each product. This product was in my inventory and was active, of which I have proof - a screenshot. February 4, 2024 it disappeared from my inventory. From this date, in my shipment it is shown to me as not received. I created investigating case, added invoices and all the evidence that the fulfillment center received goods. On 06/02/2024, I received a reply "Our records indicate that your shipment ________ has no discrepancy after additional receive events or reconciliations. When possible, we proactively investigate product discrepancies on your behalf. If we find your missing units, we add them back to your shipment, and they are displayed as "auto-reconciled" units. You can view additional details for your automatically reconciled units within the shipment reconciliation tool." I do not agree with this.
I have all the proofs that YYZ4 fulfillment center received my goods, these goods were active with me and were displayed in my inventory, then they disappeared and are counted as not received. In my Inventory Ledger Report they also show as received and I don't have them in stock and I don't have any refunds.
