Does any one know that why there is so much difference between referral fee. The product list price with $409.99 with fee $49.20. The other one $403.99 with fee $60.60. Why there is so much difference?

It really depends on the category for the item.
The standard referral fee is 15% for most categories.
Categories like Electronics (not including accessories) are at a lower rate.
Look at the rate table by search for referral fees and compare that with the category that you see on the listing.
If the category is incorrect, you can request it to be updated.
