amazon does not review the invoice

We have submitted multiple appeals regarding our account, which was suspended one month ago. Each time we received a rejection, we contacted Amazon to understand the reason and had the invoice adjusted by our supplier accordingly. We updated the address and phone number. We also have email correspondences with the supplier. Our supplier confirmed that no verification call was made by Amazon. Despite this, our latest appeal was rejected on the grounds that the website is missing, even though the link is clearly present on the invoice. So he asks us for the invoice for the acines that we will sell in the future and we get an invoice for the products that we will sell in the future, but we can't come to any conclusion. The reasons for the rejection are ridiculous, please someone in authority look at this situation, we are very tired of this situation.
