Drop Shipping policy Violated with No provided Evidence
I received an email from Amazon stating that my funds were on hold until further review that could last up to 30 days, if not more, for violating their Drop shipping policy. They sent so many links in the email about their policy and who I could contact for more information. However, they did not provide any evidence regarding HOW I violated said policy. I reached out via chat but all I received was the same link about the drop shipping policy and that the review would last 30 days. No one could give me any concrete information as to how I violated the policy.
I submitted the documents listed in the email but haven't even received confirmation that it was received or that it's being looked at. Does anyone have any kind of information they could provide as to how long this review will actually last or if there's any chance of the review ending sooner than the 30 days?

Why does Amazon think you drop-shipped?
Would your Amazon customers have reason to believe you drop shipped, and report it?
Did you ship products from a location other than where you are physically located?
What packing slip was in the box, and was the name of another retailer on the box or mailer?

Amazon never reveals how someone EXACTLY violated any policy.
You know best if it's true or not. If you can prove that you bought all your orders BEFORE the customer bought on Amazon, they will certainly accept that as proof together with the proof of shipping from YOUR address.

One thing you didn't mention in your post:
Have you EVER dropshipped?

They don't have to present you any evidence, they suspect you are violating the dropshipping policy and they ask for evidence from you that you did not.
Send them what they want, proof of product ownership before the customer made the purchase, and proof of shipping from your address.

Hello @Seller_RzBhLadA4cfqx
Thank you for the information provided regarding the review currently being done on your account. I understand our team has identified a potential drop shipping violation. Unfortunately, our team is not going to provide any information outside of the initial violation reason. This is due to confidentiality associated to our investigations.
It will be your responsibility to review your information to identify where the issue may have occurred. When you are conducting business, how do you ensure that you are the seller of record indicated on the package? Do you utilize branded boxes or specific shipping labels? If there has been any order that did not identify you or indicates another, then it would be considered a violation of our policy.
If you do not believe that a violation has occurred, then you will need to provide documents that can show where you are shipping and how you acquired the product. If you can show that you had the inventory prior and were doing the shipping, then it should be able to resolve the review that is ongoing.
If you have any additional updates or questions, continue to refer here for support.
Best,
Atlas

***UPDATE***
Amazon reached out and said they conducted their review and released my funds.
Thanks to everyone who gave positive insight regarding this. Wishing everyone a great 2024!

Did you by chance ship using a box with a brand on the outside of it such as Walmart or Staples?? We had this in the past and shipped using boxes that we purchased from Staples and we were accused of this as the customer must have called Amazon saying the fid not receive when it was delivered. Now if we ship using boxes bought elsewhere or recycling older boxes we make sure we cross out the name of the company on the box.
