Restricted Product Policy Violation Rejection
Hello,
We are a new store. We only sell as FBA. We initially listed a product to find out what we could and could not sell, but then we forgot to delete it. Although it was not stated in the product title that it was an adapter, we received a restricted policy violation by Amazon considering it to be an adapter. However, we did not sell this product in any way, it was not active in any way, we did not send it to Amazon warehouses or even create a shipping plan. As FBM, we never had a sales plan. This product is not available in our own company anyway. It was only for testing and learning purposes. We had no intention of selling.
We have now written an appeal and explained this situation. Moreover, as soon as we received the notification, we took immediate action and deleted the product from our list. However, the appeals we wrote were rejected automatically and with the same answers.
What path should we follow? We would be very happy if someone with knowledge about violation cases could help. We hope we can solve this problem as soon as possible.

Listing a product is "intent to sell"
That would be seen as an "admission of guilt" for the violation.
All you have to do is provide the information they require in the performance notification you received.
If your account isn't suspended, and you don't have the documentation they require, it will automatically clear off after 180 days from your account health screen.
