PPC Credits not showing up
Hello. I see I got an email from Amazon Ads stating that they will be giving me $100 dollar promotional PPC credits if I stay active on PPC for over 30 days. I started my campaign on 8/27, so it's been over 30 days. Problem is I do not see it active in my billing section under the promotions area. There was no code in the email, just them stating they would give me this once I reached this duration. Am I missing something? Why is this not activating?

This is an interesting issue you have with missing promotional PPC credits. Have you contacted Seller Support for help with the issue? You may have contacted them from either of the two links below.
