Restricted Products - Appeal

I'm reaching out because I need suggestions and help on how to resolve this issue. I received a notification from Amazon that the product with ASIN: B0F2NB7H86 is restricted. The product is a topical analgesic. I've submitted an appeal three times already, but all of them were declined. In my last appeal, I had already removed any potential "disease claims" based on what I read in an FDA article. For the first two appeals, I submitted the MSDS and the US FDA certification. What's frustrating is that I've seen many well-known brands with similar disease claims still have their listings active.

I have no idea but would say that this is a medical product. Amazon has strict restrictions about WHO is allowed to sell such products.
Do you sell a well known brand? So you should contact the brand owner and ask them to add you as seller/user in brand registry. Of course he has to give you a written permission allowing you to sell his product on Amazon and you have to follow his purchase instructions.

If their brand is enrolled in Amazon's Brand Registry, create a case with seller support. After having received an answer, come back here with the case ID and tag a mod.
