Amazon Seller Account Deactivated
A few years back, my Amazon seller account was deactivated when I created this account. I was never able to sell with Amazon; however, I had the account deactivated and could not do anything with the account. I submitted several appeals and attempted to contact seller support in numerous ways over this last week, and when my account was deactivated a few years back. I just want to understand why the account is deactivated and how I can get it reactivated, but I can't get in touch with anybody to discuss what is going on. Are there any recommendations? I have called normal support over 20 times and received 10 different numbers to contact seller support, all of which have been unsuccessful. I am really starting to give up on this, and I am just reaching out for some help. Please and thank you for any advice.

Go into your email archives and look for the message that Amazon sent you at the time of the suspension.
Any sellers that are NOT archiving ALL their Amazon messages need to start NOW.
Because of all the brand hijackings by their most favored offshore sellers I have had to prove to Amazon that I listed on an ASIN BEFORE it got changed. The only way to do that (because Amazon BOTS are too incompetent to be able to search changes made) was to send them the 'listing created' email showing I had listed the REAL brand and not the fictional one that showed up later.

Amazon is requesting a PDF with information that has the business address attached to it. SInce I am a college student and don't exactly pay bills at the business address, what should i be submitting to get activated? I do not understand why I need a business address to be confirmed when selling through Amazon FBA.

After reviewing the information you've provided, this verification seems to be associated to a new account creation. This process requires that all account information be up-to-date and 100% matches the requested documents.
As for the documents themselves, we have very specific required documentation such as a business license or an applicable utility bill for: Water, electric, gas mobile phone, fixed phone, or internet services. These are the minimum requirements to complete account verification. I would also suggest reviewing our global account verification help page for the requirements these documents need to meet.
As these are the only required documents in these situations, if they cannot be provided, do not exist, or do not meet our requirements, the account will not be eligible for reactivation until they become available.
