Number of ratings/reviews suddenly reduced from 228 to 152
I have 3 related ASINS and all 3 showed 228 reviews yesterday. Today the reviews/ratings are 152 for one, the other 2 are even lower. Also the 5-star rating is lowered from 88% to 68% for all 3.
That hurts a small business as these numbers are important.

There's a few issues happening here:
- Brand: AOjingbei on one of your listings.
- Also, your main images need to have a white background to meet Amazon compliance.
- You have NO reviews on 2 of them but lots of ratings. That is weird you should at least have SOME reviews.
My guess is you are in the process of having your listings taken over. My next questions:
- Are you brand registered?
- Are these reviews from verified Amazon purchases that you lost?

Kinda like sales data history being deleted then all of a sudden no sales data high pricing error price fixing items to pricing from 8 years ago. Amazon makes money off off data storage not this stupid site so always wonder if they free up data by deleting listings and cleaning up listings.

after looking at your post, I noticed one of my listings also had all the reviews removed (all were from verified purchases), but the star rating remains

Don't worry, if you spend tens of thousands in ads which are pure profit for the river, you can get some of those numbers back.
And yes, happened to us on a number. Not the first time, either - we've had thousands disappear over the last 20 years.

Hello @Seller_njv6aY9rmathj
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
I understand that some of your ASINs are not reflecting reviews. For clarification, are the ASINs in a variation? In this case, I would suggest opening a case with our Support team for guidance and troubleshooting. If you have already opened a case and still require assistance, please feel free to provide the related case ID number to this thread and I can review the correspondence already provided.
Regards,
