I reviewed your order and tracking ID and was able to determine that the claim was automatically granted to the buyer as the item wasn't delivered by the maximum delivery date.
This order had a maximum delivery date of June 10th (instead of June 20th that you added on the thread), but it was delivered by the carrier until June 18th.
