No one showed up for my Video Interview ID verification
I scheduled a meeting and arrived on camera 10 minutes early. After over an hour of waiting, no Amazon associate every joined the meeting. At first, I thought I may have input the wrong information (am I supposed to use my legal name or the name of my store?), but upon further research it looks like this is a common issue.
I need to reschedule my appointment as this is the only way I am able to contact Amazon support about reinstating my account. I made the unfortunate mistake of working with a fraudulent fulfillment company that led to my deactivation. I have been through many interviews with Amazon when my store was unhealthy and after telling my story and providing proof to back it, they all assured me I would NOT be deactivated, yet here I am.
