charged extra money for promotional rebates
If we are utilizing ANY advertising on Amazon; why extra charges are coming at account from 4 months i advertise my inventory for small cost
but every time my account balance is in (_)minus
no explanation for rebates and fesses and also no seller support answer about our concerns
what to do
my half inventory sold still my account balnces in in -

Hey @Seller_hJMIjI9KEHiEG, if you are not running a promotion, then promotional rebates are for items that qualify for Free Shipping on FBA orders. When a buyer selects Free Shipping for their shipping preference, we apply a charge for the shipping and then a credit. This credit is in the form of a rebate, equal to the initial shipping charge.
