Items sent in to FBA and lost yet again

Anyone else having an increase in items that "Vanish" when sent in for FBA? I have had two shipments in the last two months that have mysteriously disappeared even though the tracking information shows that the package was delivered to Amazon's FBA facility as directed. The first shipment included 12 units of a multi-channel remote control. (During the time I shipped and when it was delivered to Amazon the item was deListed by Amazon because they had not received necessary compliance paperwork from the manufacturer for lithium button batteries for that ASIN even though it was the exact same unit as the single channel remote just with more channels. The single channel unit had been approved) The shipment also included 20 units of the single channel remote. FBA Receiving reported that I had shipped in 32 units of the single channel ( I know that it was 12 + 20 and included a photo of the items in the package with the shipment). Ok, so they received them all as one item. I then got a notice of a "Problem" with my shipment. Click on "Resolve Problem" and it states that I shipped 12 Units more than they expected and how "Not to do that again". Yeah Yeah Yeah, they cant read the small print on the box with the model number. Nevertheless, it gets worse. Obviously they have acknowledged receiving the inventory, in fact they say more than expected but NONE of it ever gets applied to my account. Now I am out "32" units and no one can seem to help no matter how many cases I open. I even had a 45min phone call with Monfred in the FBA Specialist team who acknowledged that units were received and now cannot be located. Was told I would receive a response within 2 days..... It's been almost 2 weeks.

Fast forward to today, Another shipment sent to FBA. This time it was a new item for me to send in, first time shipping the product to FBA as I had been shipping it FBM before. Just 5 units sent all alone in a box with Amazon shipping label that shows it was received at ABE8 on 7/10/24 Then units showed "FC TRANSFER" to MC01 on 7/20/24 report shows they never received my shipment at MC01 and inventory is -5. Chatted with Support who says they never received the item even though UPS tracking says it was delivered to ABE8 and FBA Shipments shows received on 7/10/24 and then transferred from one warehouse to another several days later. If they never received the items why would there be a transfer set up as there would be nothing to transfer???

Long story short, I've been an Amazon seller for just about 20 years and never had issues like this before. Not a big business, I'm a small little company and authorized dealer for all the products I sell. Being out over $5000 in product is a big hit for a small company and Amazon seems to be getting worse and worse especially when it comes to support. Hopefully a moderator will read this and help come up a solution! Thank you for your time to read, had to vent the frustration and I hope that no one else is experiencing similar issues!

Hi @Seller_VM74WEydE8WFo,

I appreciate you reaching out on the Seller Forums and apologize for the frustration these experiences have caused you!

When you have a moment, can you please send me the shipment IDs and your case IDs for these shipments? I'd love to look into those correspondences to see how I can help further!

Thanks so much,
