I cant access BRAND REGISTRY to report an infringement violation
When I try to access my Brand Registry account I get this response: "Your access to Amazon’s report infringement forms has been revoked due to actions you have taken in violation of Amazon's policy on reporting intellectual property infringement"
At the end of December a New Seller based in China started selling his unauthorized counterfeit product on my listing. I am Brand registered and have a valid USPTO trademark number. I reported this violation but unfortunately did it wrong. I reported it as Patent Infringement when it should have been Trademark infringement. Now I am denied access to report new violations.
Please help me get access so I can protect my Brand on Amazon.

For your situation, your next step in getting your Report a Violation privilege's reinstated is to appeal the decision and explain what happened in great detail. The team that revoked this privilege are the only ones that can grant your access back to you.
I recommend reviewing our Plan of Action Seller University video prior to submitting as it contains great information!
