First time seller Account deactivated

My account has been deactivated and I’m trying to do everything what they telling me to do but Amazon seller support is just bouncing me back and forth can someone help me.

It’s my first time trying to sell on amazon just to make some money and I open my Amazon seller account 2 months ago with no experience or knowledge about selling online it’s my first ever time doing.

After opening account I ordered stuff to send FBA center and it's still on the way to FBA center so after doing that i didn't open my account at all because I have nothing to do as a first time seller and just waiting for my stuff to get to FBA Centre and suddenly i got email saying my account has been deactivated for violating Amazon policy ( section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement ) which I have no idea why because I wasn’t even using.

I have been trying to do everything they say but some of the link they send me not even working and I ask seller support to call me to help me so I can give them every information they need or they guide me through reactivate my account but they refused to call me and telling me that they cannot call because my account is deactivate, I am soo confused.

I am worried what’s gonna happen to my parcel that is going to FBA Center.

Ouch. First the good news...new sellers usually get deactivated and have to go through Identify Verification. Send them what they ask for, and nothing that they don't ask for in the notice they sent you.

Now the bad news... Amazon is tough. FBA can be even tougher for new sellers. Especially if you didn't do your homework. Did you watch all the videos on Amazon's Seller University (good)?? Or did you "learn" on TikTok or YouTube (bad)?

Hopefully you didn't invest money you might need to pay bills, Amazon is not easy. Read through this forum for a couple of hours to see some of the MANY pitfalls and things that can go wrong.

I do wish you good luck.

Hi @JSSLA

Thank you for your post. I understand you are dealing with a deactivated account.

Based on the content of your post, you may be needing to undergo verification for the new account, as @Seller_kNAboD6kRgVt7 referenced. Typically speaking, this will require you to submit a utility to complete this verification. This bill will need to adhere to the "Document Requirements" section of the Global Selling Identity Verification. In addition to these requirements, the bill will also need to be dated within the last 90 days and exactly match the information you have on file within your account.

If you are facing a different scenario, please feel free to post the performance notification you would have received when the account was first deactivated. This will give the reason for the deactivation and steps for the path forward. Please note that if you share this in the thread, you will need to remove any personal information prior to doing so.

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy

Consider yourself lucky. It's all a scam, I repeat it's all a scam. After refunds, cost of advertising, and all the stupid fees you are really not making any money.
