Buyer swapped product. What should we do ?

I've a group of buyers, purchasing multiple kind of products from my amazon store. These buyers swapped my product with same kind bubut smaller size. They are doing return as wrong item. They all sent me a message with a same email template asking for a replacement or a refund. I have a camera footage for each item when I packed the order.
What should we do with these buyers?

100% restock fee AFTER return.
Take pics of units returned, labeling (showing part #) serial # if applicable and actual Amazon listing showing item listed an shipped.
Combine those pictures on to the two you are allowed to add.
Refer to the buyer as a scammer fraudster or your choice of vermin.
use the term "Switcheroo"
Take the item they send AND keep the money they paid you until or unless they return the correct item.
Do NOT return the items they sent you, ever.

100% does not work it will get kicked out we just had one customer ordered $650 item we sent images before shipping thy said missing parts and sent us images where you could not tell anything so we circled in the images we sent them that part they claim was missing was right there and sure enough when item arrived back today it was all taped back up except entire figure was missing so they got a 95% restocking fee and were refunded close to $90 on taxes and difference I am sure this is not the last of it because this customers intentionally for mail fraud was set images meant nothing they clearly do not care likely they know Amazon will give them their money back. Ever since Free Replacement started returns and fraud has spiked out of control! We are now every item we ship wondering what the Amazon customer will try and pull. This same item of our seems multiple buyers trying to buy but most stay pending for a week before getting canceled. My guess is there are some credit groups or something where they conspire.

yup- never have we seen an RFS (auto-refund) for an item over $100.
Typically high dollar items are not automatically refunded - at least in our case it seems as if anything over $100 is not auto refunded.
We have also noticed that "problem" buyers do not get auto-refunded. Presumably due to a track record of issues.
However this has been inconsistent

Sorry for my bad English . I had the same problem . I charged the buyer 100% restocking fees . The buyer opened a A-z claim . I sent to seller support the invoices from DHL ,because there was a difference between the invoiced weights of the sent and the returned item .Amazon closed the A-z claim . Sorry for my bad English again
