Discrepancy in numbers across reports and seller central
Every month I download an Orders Report and convert it to excel to save for our records. I delete the sales data that is not between the 1st and last day of the month to ensure it only includes the orders for that month. I've noticed that there are significant discrepancies between this report, the Sales Dashboard, and Order history. For example, for the month of July the order history says we had 209 orders (235 combined with FBA), sales dashboard 216 orders with 251 units, and the order report 221 orders with 257 units. Sales dashboard says we sold $9,293.56, and the order report says $8584.91.
I understand that different reports and areas focus on different things, so there might be some differences in data. But if I'm looking at a report for all completed orders from 7/1/23 to 7/31/23, the number of orders should be the same or have an identifiable reason for the difference, such as number of returns making up the difference, but that's not the case.
How am I supposed to know which data is the appropriate one to use for my records, or how much money we're actually making, if there are 3-4 separate numbers for everything for the same time period?

I have the same issue. If you look at my total sales and total expenditures, they don’t match other reports and what I’m being charged for. In addition, same for units/orders etc.

I don't have the solution, but the mismatch is insane.
Amazon PPC numbers all over the place, some parts matches, some doesn't and the numbers varies from report to report.
For example, Impression on ads live dashboard shows 30800, on downlaodable reports 5000...
