we appealed and provided proof of delivery of the first item delivered on the 24th of March much before the delivery by date,
A-Z denied and said the following

Christine here.
I was checking the Order 702-4633329-9957820 and the claim and I so see that the Max Estimated Delivery Date was on 28 Mar 2025 however the order arrived 14 days later (April 11th) according to the tracking number.
As per Amazon Policies,"Ensure delivery is completed before the estimated delivery date: Notify the customer if a delivery is delayed. If the delivery is late, and you do not resolve the issue with the customer, it is likely to result in a granted claim".
For this reason, the claim was granted to the buyer, and it was processed correctly.
