Amazon has removed many of our ASINs and provides little to no support in how we can solve the listing issues!
Amazon has recently deactivated 3 of our ASINs, and when trying to ask what we need to provide to have the ASINs reinstated Seller central case support team, only give us a generic COPY + PASTE answer. We have the sense that they actually don't read the messages, and just rely on a bot to give us the answer.
We have called the Account Health Specialists but they also are not helpful at all. In one single phone call they would contradict themselves when trying to explain why our listing has been deactivated. Also, their reasonings are different from the ones that the case supports have provided.
This is unacceptable!! We've been selling on Amazon and investing heavily on Ads for YEARS!

Our top 3 selling items are currently inactive, and our business is being heavily jeopardized!! One of the ASINs has been down for over 3 weeks.

I 100% agree, the SC case support associates are not really helpful at all. I think they have no clue in how to solve the problems as they don't get trained...
Trying to get support through the forum and have one of Amazon's team escalate your case to the right team will be your best shot!

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your cases and can confirm that your listings will not be reinstated. As you were notified in the cases, "This product has been identified as an unapproved product that does not meet the FDA's labeling requirements. Amazon policy prohibits the sale of products marketed to U.S. consumers that are labeled only in a foreign language or that do not meet FDA labeling requirements.".
Please do not open new cases for these ASIN's as you will receive the same reply as this is a safety issue for your customers and not compliant with the requirements to list on the site.
