Seeking Advice: Account Review After Successful Video Verification and Change of Address Issue.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been an Amazon seller for over two years and have always complied with all verification steps required by Amazon. From the initial registration, I submitted all the necessary identification and documents and, more recently, participated in a detailed video verification call.

During the call, I was asked a wide range of identity-related questions and was required to provide supporting documents. I answered all questions honestly and provided everything requested. The call was successfully completed, and I was cleared to continue selling.

However, just a few days ago, I received a new email stating that my account is under review again. The account was suspended, and I was asked to provide a utility bill (electricity, water, or internet) showing my name and address.

This has put me in a difficult situation. I recently moved out of my family home, and the address on my original registration was my parents’ address. Since I now live independently, any utility bills I can provide will reflect my new address, which does not match the one Amazon has on file.

I am concerned that submitting these documents with my current address may cause further complications or be rejected, even though the change in address is completely legitimate and personal.

I’m reaching out here to ask:

Has anyone faced a similar situation?

Is there a recommended way to provide proof of address in such cases where your living situation has changed?

I would also appreciate if a moderator or someone from the support team could take note of this situation. I prefer not to open a support case or Help ticket, as most of the responses seem to be automated and don't directly address the issue.

Thank you in advance for any guidance or support.
