Appeal Resonse Taking forever
Hi guys,
My accound has been deactivated due to Section 3 for more than 31+ days already. It is just so frustrating. My first appeal got rejected and I have submitted my second appeal at the end of January. I lost ton of money waiting for this process. Any ideas why this process taking so long? I attached my second response from Amazon below. Please help me!

It is taking so long because Amazon simply does NOT trust your supplier.
Post your appeal (but remove personal information first). SOME appeals make things worse rather than better.
I have seen some appeals take months!

Hello @Seller_e97sMgmPeXuxP
This is Webb from Amazon to help you with your concerns. Thank you for your post and providing the appeal response notification you received. Based on this information, I can see you have been requested to provide additional documents in order to verify your inventory ownership.
The resolution time may vary depending on the specific situations of each case. The team conducts an in-depth investigation to verify the authenticity of your inventory, and to validate the document provided on your appeal.
To expediate the process, ensure you are reviewing your performance notifications daily. In the case you are asked to provide additional supportive documents, ensure your documents meet all the requirements outlined in the Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements.
Did you provide any additional supportive documents in the new appeal, that were not included in the first rejected appeal?
To ensure you provided the expected documentation to address your account deactivation issue, let me mention two important requirements that must be included in your appeal.
• Supply chain documentation and proof for delivery for the flagged items. If you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer, you may be required to provide additional documentation from your supplier, proving they are authorized by the brand owner. Refer to supply chain standard page for more information.
• Authorization letter from the brand owner or brand letters that authorize you commercialize the item. This page: Letter of Authorization will help you understand what we expect to see on theLetter of Authorization you need to provide.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
