Buyer claimed he did not receive the package. Mistakenly, i provided a full refund to the customer. Today after tracking the item i can see it was delivered and i have been provided proof of delivery with a photo. What is the next step i can take to get the money back? Thank you

You don't, you refunded the customer already.

While it's difficult, you may want to reach to the customer using our buyer-seller messages and asked them to contact Amazon so they can retro charge the transaction.
But it's up to the buyer's goodwill now.
