does any one know how I can get a letter of authorization from p&g to get ungated?
I have provided the necessary invoice that Amazon requests from an authorized wholesale distributor but I am still denied.
I even called my wholesaler and they told me that amazon needs to call them to verify they are an authorized wholesaler and they do not provide LOA.

The LOA would come from P&G if the authorized wholesaler does not provide it. Amazon will not call the wholesaler.

An LoA from a distributor would mean nothing.
You'll need to contact P&G directly and ask for permission.
Or save yourself some trouble, and find something else to sell. Your chances of P&G allowing a random online only seller to sell their products now are quite low.
