The reason for the late delivery at customs was that our customer updated the delivery address.

After receiving the product price, our customer updated the product information and received the product.

There are visuals showing that the product was delivered from the tracking number and in the messaging section with our customer.

In this case, I experienced this situation due to a problem that was not on my side.

I request that the negative feedback be removed and the effect on my ODR be removed.
