Lost Product

Hasanyone been able to escalate a claim for lost product. Amazon warehouse lost my product and denied my claim for reimbursement due to a weight variance. When i create a shipment the estimated weight is extremely high for what i am sending. I was told to ignore the alert that the weight is off but they are using the weight differential to deny my claim. And even told me to send in another shipment and ignore the alert again.
