Unable to Reach Amazon Seller Support via Chat or Phone
For the last three days, I have been trying to contact Amazon Seller Support via both chat and phone, but every attempt has been met with the same message: "Support currently unavailable. No support agents available right now. Please try again later." This issue persists across both communication methods, leaving email as the only viable option for support.
Having to rely solely on email for support is incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with urgent matters that require immediate attention. The lack of real-time communication is causing significant delays and impacting my ability to resolve critical issues efficiently.
Has anyone else faced this problem recently? If so, how did you manage to get in touch with Seller Support? Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

You have to be a new seller and you will better get used to that. Amazon is a self service platform and you have to find resolutions to your problems yourself OR here in the forum. Even if you would reach someone, they are not able to resolve a problem but to tell you - eventually - how you can resolve it.
The best method is always the email. There is no "workaround".

It’s quite frustrating as I have urgent matters that require immediate attention and cannot be efficiently resolved via email alone.

Are you experiencing a policy violation and need help from our account health support teams? Are there issues with orders or listing information where you may need support from seller support?
If you are experiencing a policy violation, I would need you to provide the notification related to the violation along with any cases you may have to help understand your specific concerns.
