Missing items in shipment - YOW3
Hey all,
Has anyone had issues with receiving at YOW3? I had a shipment received last night and 1/3 of the shipment was not received (FBA17Q9KBXFS). I have never had this issue in my year of selling on Amazon. It looked like up until about an hour ago it was in “future buyable inventor” but now removed. I know it is always a huge struggle to get reimbursement for items they don’t receive in the initial receiving stage. These items not recieved are the items that make up the bulk of the weight of the shipment but I know that argument will not hold any value when trying to get reimbursement. Any advice on how people have dealt with getting reimbursement for large quantities in a shipment not being received by Amazon?

Daryl here jumping in to further assist, I can further escalate the situation to one of our specialist if an attempt has been already made to one of our seller support department.
By any chance, do you have an open case with them regarding this situation?
