Can a mod please explain what is going on here? Why are there so many posts with duplicate wording that present obviously untrue scenarios? They are annoying and distracting.

Good Evening @Seller_ajguHtMEkrhfW, I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic where @Rose_Amazon is working with you to resolve the issue.
