Proof of Commercial Liability Insurance
According to the email received, we need to submit Proof of Commercial Liability Insurance by May 30.
We have already submitted 2 Business insurances which were verified successfully, but to be clear we opened a case with support but did not get a clear response.
On the Business Insurance page, the message is:
"Thank you for submitting your proof of insurance.
No further action is required from you at this time. We will get back to you if any additional information is required."
Now I am confused, do we still need to submit a COI or not? Any help would be appreciated

Connor from Amazon here, can you provide me with the seller support case ID so that I can take a look at your insurance situation.

They do that and then they take about 10 days to get around to looking at it and then it will be approved or they will look for further information, but if the certificate is correct and covers all that is required, it will be accepted, but like Christmas, with Amazon, you have to wait.
