Negative Review: How to remove?
Hello everyone, wayback in 2023 I received a very bad review from a customer who declared that he had a liver failure because of my supplement which is not supported by studies. When I looked at the customer reviews, all of the products that he purchased from Amazon he leaves a bad review making me feel that his purpose is just to give bad reviews to products.
I reached out to Amazon with all of the studies and supporting documents that his claims were not true, but I did not receive any resolution to my concern, his review greatly affected my sales.
I hope this post can help me get clarity on what to do next, I have reported this multiple times. Ending up with amazon only telling me that they would investigate. its been a year now and its almost 2025 still investigating?

Most likely will not be removed as it doesn't violate any of Amazon's rules for removal.
