Appeals are very tricky. You must use as few words as possible, use bullet points to answer the questions. Do not write lengthy paragraphs, etc. Do not explain your reasonsings, do not just apologize. Amazon wants to see real answers and solid problem solving. You must own what you did wrong and tell them how it will not happen again.
Sometimes if you post your appeal here, other sellers can advise how to make it a good one. You don't get infinite chances to get it right.
