The item returned more than 30 days after the customer received the item and Amazon charged us for the return. Also, the buyer returned with the reason - I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but Amazon refused to reimburse because they were marked as customer damaged.

Most of the times amazon reimburses itself for customer damaged products. But if it doesn't reimburses, you can always raise a case, provide proper information and you will get the reimbursement.

Moreover, if amazon says you have already been reimbursed, you need to reconcile things thoroughly.
