Listings at risk of deactivation - Missing product safety compliance requirements

I really need support here since one of my listings has been deactivated for months because "it wasn't complying with Amazon policies." Now, a second listing is at risk. I have tried everything already, reaching out to support by chat, opening log cases, appealing and emailing "e-bikes-components-mv-us" Nothing works.

Parent ASIN: B0DZJJCZV5

ASINS: B0DZK14W63, B00VB2BXGG, B01LWT3UH0

"We have reviewed your appeal request. We are rejecting your appeal because the product has characteristics of E-Mobility Chargers."

The indications are as follows:

You must submit the compliance documents listed on our help page to offer this product on Amazon.

Please follow the steps below to submit the required compliance documents.

1. Go to the Performance tab and select Account Health.

2. Under Manage your compliance in the bottom right-hand corner, click Product compliance requests.

3. Click Add or appeal compliance for the product you’re taking action on.

4. To upload the documentation, drag and drop files or browse to select files.

5. Click Submit to send your submission for our review.

THE PROBLEM: Steps 4 and 5 do not exist. There is no way to upload our own listing report and lab tests. Amazon is forcing us to pay one of their 3rd party labs to test the products and charge us thousands of dollars in vain.

I understand you have attempted to reach out to multiple teams for further assistance but have not received the help you were looking for. I know this can be frustrating for you, so I would like to provide assistance any way I can. Can you provide me with a case ID that explains your issue? This will help me connect with the appropriate teams to better assist you.

Based on what you've provided, I see that you are looking for a way to upload your own listing report and lab tests. The third-party testing, inspection, and certification services help page provides the approved third-party Amazon providers for your items. You may also use the service provider network search to find approved providers by Amazon.

The forum community and I are committed to helping you. Feel free to share how we can support you going forward.

Thanks,

Remy
