Customer Support oftenly sees wrong (US) Market Place once I open a case. Whereas I am from Canada Market Place
Whenever I open a case with the customer support team, they often say that this case was opened by the US marketplace, whereas I am a seller on the Canadian side and I never change my settings.
Even when I add new cases to some cases that I have opened and been proven right, they state that I opened it by the US. How can a case that I opened with the same case number on top of a case that I previously opened in Canada and was proven right appear as US? When I say that your systems are showing it wrong, the support system is so incompetent that it cannot even check this.

They're just incompetent and don't actually look at the marketplace where the case number is based. They deal with 100x US cases compared to Canadian cases and just assume the case is based in the USA.
I get these too, I usually get a response that they can't help since the ASIN isn't in my list of ASINS, but they looking at the US marketplace, not Canada. You'd think common sense, but it doesn't prevail here.
