New seller account reactivation
I received a message from Amazon in response to CASE ID 18014952071 stating:
"We have reviewed the documents that you provided and were able to complete your verification process. You can now sign in to Seller Central and start selling on Amazon."
However, it's been over 15hours since I received this message, and my account is still showing as deactivated. I’ve tried signing in and checking the dashboard, but there is no change, and I have not received any further communication. See attached screenshot
Could you please assist or advise on what steps I should take next to resolve this issue?
