Amazon Does not Care About Weather Delays - Don't Care about Sellers Anymore
Amazon put this banner up on top of the SFP metrics page. This is such a lie.

We are going to miss our OTD SFP metric for 2 straight weeks because of weather delayed orders due to the blizzard in The South. The below late orders are some of the ones that are impacting our OTD right now.

I have opened a case hoping to get these orders off our metrics but it never works. I will get some canned response about us needing to work with our carrier to get orders to customers on time, and that each weather case is up to Amazon do decide if the weather is severe enough. This is such nonsense, a weather delay is a weather delay. If any amount of weather caused an order to arrive late than how can we get penalize for this!!!?? I guess Amazon is god in this case.
They continue to treat us Sellers like garbage. Unless the Seller is some big Chinese company selling products for cheap, so Amazon can compete with the Temu and Sheins of the world.
