Lost Inbound Shipment

Hello

We have sent new product with new listing to Amazon. However, 11 of them lost during inbound receiving. We have opened case on this lost. After investigation Amazon found our request right and determined reimbursement for those lost products. 2 weeks passed we have not received the money. Also when we checked the reimbursement report we saw that they evaluated the unit value as a “zero”.

We opened several cases again and communicated but they have not made any adjustments. Even though they say that they take into account the below indicators while evaluating the value. And they have unacceptably assessed our product with zero value!! . The price indicators we compare are as follows: -The median price at which you have sold the item on Amazon over the past 18 months -The median price at which other sellers have sold the same item on Amazon over the past 18 months -The current list price you have set for the same item on Amazon or the mean list price if you have multiple listings for the same item -The current list price for the same item from other sellers on Amazon According to these indicators IT IS SO CLEAR to receive money at least from our list price.. Our product is new released one with the list price 99.99$ and also we sell similar products with different listings with even expensive prices. In addition, other sellers with same specifications sell expensive than ours.. We put lots of effort and time to produce these products and spent money including shipment and packaging but the result is disappointing…products lost by their fault and we get unfair evaluation instead of our deserved money. Any suggestions would very appreciated to resolve this issue.
