Selling music CDs, LPs new hurdles
We are a music distribution company with thousands of listings on Amazon. Recently it has become impossible for us to add or edit new items due to the dreaded 8572 Error. I've spent many hours on with Seller Support and the last advise given was to apply for a GTIN exemption. But Amazon documents state there are no exemptions for the Music product category or for anything with a valid GS1 approved barcode (all our products have these). Before I will likely waste time applying for an exemption - anyone have insight into this?
